Zone Schools

Five students in a school hallway

Zone schools make it easy to access the MLE program you choose. When Multilingual Learners’ home schools do not provide the desired MLE services, students are eligible to attend MLE zone schools to receive those services. Please contact your student’s home school for more information about enrolling in a zone school.

Transportation

Transportation is provided to MLE zone schools according to the following DPS transportation eligibility requirements:

  • Elementary School: Student lives more than 1 mile away from the MLE zone school

  • Middle School: Student lives more than 2.5 miles away from the MLE zone school

  • High School: Student lives more than 2.5 miles away from the MLE zone school
